Beneath the finish sits the same CDX-30 X-LITE architecture that earned the platform its reputation. The action is machined from 416 stainless steel, DLC coated, and features a three-lug bolt with a 60-degree throw and tool-free quarter-turn disassembly. The skeletonized Strike XS chassis is cut from single-piece aircraft-grade aluminum billet, with a folding buttstock, fully adjustable length of pull and cheek piece, and an M-LOK fore-end for accessory mounting. Up front is a Bartlein 1.300-inch diameter carbon fiber match-grade barrel with 5R single-point cut rifling fitted with a Cadex MX5 muzzle brake.
