Photo Of The Day and we get to see a full-sized Walther PDP Polymer with an AImpoint COA. Apart from some details that have been kept black, it’s all tricked out in white for the IWA 2026 exhibition in Germany. For all I know, this is a one-off perhaps made by Walther’s Meister Manufaktur.
The Walther PDP Compensator is made by ZF, and intended for use with the factory Pro SD barrel. They feature a counter-angled set screw arrangement that secures the unit in place without requiring shims. Manufactured from 6061 aluminum and finished with a black hard-anodized coating, these comps are built for durability.
Developed for PDP Pro models, the flat-faced DPT trigger is designed to reduce initial take-up while maintaining a clean, crisp break and a short, tactile reset. The shorter and lighter break is intended to support faster trigger operation with consistent control.
Unfortunately, there weren’t a lot of details available and I can’t see any options for the Aimpoint COA on Walther’s homepage. Yet here it is. It’s also the first white Aimpoint COA I’ve ever seen.
It would be interesting to see what this white Walther would look like after a magazine or two.
